Hon berättar i sina verk om vår tid:

"Even if Palermo, Roma and Lisbon give me periodically the Mediterranean Blues… those nostalgic feelings inspire me to explore new artistic expressions: Monreale cathedral, situated a few kilometers from Palermo centre, awakened in me this ultimate joy of discovering what the respect of other cultures is bringing to us through centuries – A magnificiant Normani cathedral – built around 1050-1150 BC under the only peaceful period in Sicily history – An architecture combining Arabic, Byzantine, Greek and Latin advanced constructions and decoratives skills – The today gardeners are still cutting down the orange trees in a half circle to enhance the beauty of its outside walls."
